Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange products within 14 days of your purchase, with the following conditions: 

1. Products that are not opened, damaged/dented or marked.
2. Products must be original with receipt and as per order description
3. The refund price of unopened/undamaged box(es) shall be based on the applicable quantity pricing of used box(s)

How to return your purchase:

• Bring your purchased items to our Clearlab Store.
• Or ship back to 139 Joo Seng Road, Singapore(386382).
• Returned goods should be in the original box without a noticeable damage.
• The goods should be in a reasonably good state such that it can be in a resalable condition.
